This license agreement is a legal agreement between you(either an individual or a single entity), the end user, and WormHoleLogic Technology Co., Ltd., the developer of LogicSight Data Recovery(“LSDR”). By installing or using this the software in any way you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use this software in any way.

1. COPYRIGHT
The LogicSight Data Recovery(“LSDR”), including but not limited to its source code, documentation and trademark all are owned by WormHoleLogic Technology Co., Ltd.(“WHL”) and protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties. The software is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the software and documentation and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the software or documentation. You may not remove or conceal any proprietary notices, labels or marks from the LSDR.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
WHL hereby grants to you (an individual) the revocable, personal, non-exclusive, and nontransferable right to install and activate the software on one computer for your personal and non-commercial use, unless you have purchased a commercial license from WHL. Sharing this software with other individuals, or allowing other individuals to view the contents of this software, is in violation of this license. You cannot make this software available on a network, or in any way provide this software to multiple users, unless you have first purchased at least a multi-user license from WHL.

3. TERM OF LICENSE
If a trial version of this software is obtained from www.logicsight.com or its authorized resellers or distributors, this software may be used for a limited period for evaluation purposes only and is subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. You must purchase an authorized license of this software to receive the full capabilities of this software. Upon expiration or termination of the trial version of this software, all rights granted to you will terminate and you shall discontinue all use of the software unless you purchase an authorized license. If you choose not to purchase a license, the trial version of this software must be uninstalled or otherwise destroyed, including all copies thereof. After you purchase an authorized license, you have obtained the right to use and access this software and documentation for five years. At the end of this period, your license and your associated rights will expire automatically, unless you have renewed authorized license. Your failure to comply with any term or condition of this agreement will also result in termination of your license to use this software.
4. SOFTWARE SUPPORT
Software support will only be provided by e-mail and only on the most current version. Queries regarding the installation and use of the software should be submitted by e-mail to support@logicsight.com. 5. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You may not, and you may not permit others to (A) reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, disassemble, or in any way derive source code from, the Software; (B) modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software; (C) copy (other than one back-up copy), distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, rent, lease or otherwise exploit the Software.

6. NO OTHER WARRANTIES.
WHL does not warrant that this software is error free. WHL disclaims all other warranties with respect to this software, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement of third party rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
7. SEVERABILITY
In the event of invalidity of any provision of this license, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this license.

8. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE
In no event shall WHL or its suppliers be liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance or use of this software, even if WHL has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will WHL liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort or any other theory of liability, exceed the license fee paid by you, if any.

Acknowledgment by installing this software, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the fore going and that you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between the parties and supersedes all proposed or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between the parties relating to the license described herein.
